Note: Five-minute actual interchange averaged June 1 to August 31. New York AC is the Roseton interface, the aggregate of the free-flowing AC ties on the New York border. The Cross-Sound and Northport-Norwalk cables connect to Long Island and ran as net exports. NECEC entered service in January 2026, so its summer 2025 flow is zero. Net imports across all seven interfaces rose from 347 MW to 1,331 MW between the two summers.
